By 2035, every human being who has invested time into developing a skill, building a product, or mastering a craft has a guaranteed, accessible, and unbiased path to converting that investment into income, regardless of where they live, who they know, or what they look like.
An intelligent system finds the people who need that skill, negotiates a fair price for it, and delivers payment directly, instantly, and without a middleman taking a cut of what belongs to the person who earned it.
Intelligent Autonomous Value Agents (IAVA)
An Intelligent Autonomous Value Agent is a persistent AI entity assigned to a single human being, trained over time on that person’s specific skills, habits, preferences, values, and professional capabilities. It is not a chatbot or a search tool.
The first is the Personal IAVA. It is autonomous, sentient in the sense that its decisions are values-driven rather than purely efficiency-driven, and deeply personalised to a single human. It evolves continuously as the person changes. It is the most intimate AI relationship any human being has ever had with a machine.
The second is the Global Matching Network, which is the collective intelligence layer. It does not make decisions. It surfaces possibilities and lets IAVAs act on them.
The Intelligent Value Foundation is the governing body of the Global Value Protocol. It is a non-profit, multi-stakeholder institution
Its structure is deliberately designed to prevent capture by wealth. The Foundation’s council has seats allocated by HVT tier, with a constitutional requirement that Emerging and Practitioner tier members, who represent the majority of the network’s participants and are predominantly from lower-income communities, hold a combined voting majority.
The Typical Work Force is outdated and inhumane.
In the current system, a person finds a job and receive a salary determined by that company’s pay structure, the local labour market, and whoever negotiated hardest. The relationship was structurally unequal. The employer had leverage. The worker needed the job.
The Value Exchange Economy organises human work around contribution. A person has a skill. The world has a need. An IAVA connects them. The person contributes. The world pays in HVT.
By 2031, automation had eliminated or significantly disrupted over 400 million jobs globally. The impact was not distributed evenly. It fell hardest on lower-income countries and communities that had depended on manufacturing, data entry, customer service, and basic professional services. These communities saw unemployment rates above 35 percent. With no income, purchasing power collapsed. Local economies contracted. Social services strained. In several regions, this could lead to anarchy.
